The client collects supply orders from retail shops in his hometown, travels to the central city wholesale market to procure the goods, and returns to deliver them shop-by-shop. Tracking hundreds of changing items across paper slips caused lost orders, pricing calculation errors, and slow manual invoicing upon handover.
