• Permitted Use: You agree to use our websites, digital products, and mobile applications solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. • Operational Integrity: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt, or compromise the security architecture of our applications, APIs, or infrastructure. • Account Accuracy: Where account registration is provided, you agree to submit true, accurate, and current information.

• Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining control over the devices used to access our services. • User Responsibility: You assume responsibility for all activities conducted under your authenticated credentials. • Suspension & Termination: Ultmos reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or compromise platform safety.

• Proprietary Assets: All software code, UI designs, trademarks, emblems, motion assets, and algorithms contained within Ultmos applications and websites are the exclusive property of Ultmos or its authorized licensors. • Client Project IP: For bespoke client development engagements, full intellectual property and code repository ownership are transferred to the client upon final settlement according to individual written sprint contracts. • Limited License: Mobile app users receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use published apps on personal devices.

• User Ownership: You retain complete ownership of text, data, or notes input into our productivity tools. • Operational License: You grant Ultmos a secure, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to deliver, store, and optimize application features. • Acceptable Content: You agree not to upload content that violates third-party intellectual property or applicable laws.

• Google Play & App Store Purchases: In-app purchases, digital unlocks, and auto-renewing subscriptions are processed directly through your app store provider (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). • Billing & Cancellations: Subscription renewals, payment methods, and cancellations are governed by Google Play Billing or Apple Store policies. You may cancel subscriptions at any time within your device account settings. • Client Engagement Pricing: Professional engineering fees and sprint retainers are invoiced under agreed milestone schedules with transparent, fixed scope documentation.

• Integration Partners: Our mobile apps and platforms may integrate third-party tools, including Google AdMob, Google Play Services, Firebase, and payment processors. • External Policies: Your interaction with integrated third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

• As-Is Provision: Our services and applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. • Uninterrupted Access: While we engineer for 99.9%+ uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely latency-free operation under all network conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ultmos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access our services or mobile applications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, application, or service at our discretion, and to terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued access to our mobile applications or web platforms following notice of updates constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing digital commerce and software licensing. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal consultation, followed if necessary by competent courts of competent jurisdiction.
